In this unique project, Walker Zanger supplied white marble cladding cut from reclaimed overstock blocks and cubic elements originally quarried in the 1950-1970s. The varied stones were artfully blended to create a dramatic, yet unified exterior façade.

San Miguel de Allende, a city famous for it’s intense cultural and artistic life has been touted as arguably the prettiest town in Mexico. While there, I also found it to be steeped in the richest hues of the color wheel.

Take a stroll with me through the stalls of the open air markets, the Tienda de Artesainias, and bathe in the handcrafted riches of the San Miguel local artisans.
